Effective Date: March 4, 2026 | Version 1.0

This Agreement should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it. By clicking "I Agree", creating an account, or using the JIL Sovereign Wallet, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Parties, Acceptance, and Updates

1.1 Parties

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (Delaware, USA) ("JIL Sovereign", "we", "us") and you ("you", "User").

1.2 Acceptance

By clicking "I Agree", creating an account, connecting a wallet, or using any part of the JIL Sovereign Wallet or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the policies incorporated by reference (see Section 2).

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.

1.4 Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Incorporated Policies (By Reference)

This Agreement incorporates:

If there is a conflict, the most specific document controls for that subject.

3. Service Overview (What We Provide)

The Services may include:

  1. Self-custody wallet software (keys controlled by you; see Section 4).
  2. Secure Data Vault (SDV) features for encrypted storage and attestations.
  3. Transfers (send/receive supported digital assets).
  4. Purchases / Off-ramp / On-ramp via licensed third-party providers (fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat).
  5. Compliance features (identity verification, sanctions screening, transaction risk checks).
  6. Support and communications related to your use of the Services.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services.

4. Self-Custody and Key Responsibility (Self-Custody Baseline)

4.1 Self-custody wallet

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific feature (e.g., a hosted fiat on-ramp), the Wallet is self-custody: you control and are responsible for your wallet credentials, signing authority, and any keys/recovery methods.

4.2 No recovery guarantee

If you lose access to your signing authority, recovery factors, devices, or credentials, you may permanently lose access to your digital assets. We may provide recovery tools, but we do not guarantee that recovery will succeed.

4.3 Your security duties

You agree to:

5. On-Ramp / Off-Ramp and Third-Party Providers

5.1 Third-party service providers

Certain features (including payment processing, card purchases, bank transfers, and fiat conversion) may be provided by third parties ("Third-Party Providers"). Your use of those features may require you to accept the Third-Party Provider's terms.

5.2 Merchant of record, where applicable

For some fiat purchase flows, a Third-Party Provider (or we, depending on the integration) may act as merchant of record for the fiat portion of the transaction.

5.3 No control over third-party protocols

When you access bridges or third-party protocols through the Wallet, you interact with systems that we do not control. Transactions on blockchain networks are generally irreversible.

5.4 Partner outages and routing changes

Third-Party Providers may change fees, availability, or supported regions without notice. We may change routing among providers for reliability, price, compliance, or risk reasons.

6. Transactions, Settlement Finality, and User Instructions

6.1 You authorize transactions

You are responsible for verifying transaction details (recipient address, amount, asset, network, and fees) before authorizing.

6.2 Finality

Blockchain transactions are generally final once confirmed. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund a blockchain transaction solely because you made an error.

6.3 Transaction simulation and estimates

Any quotes, simulations, slippage estimates, fee estimates, or execution previews are estimates and may differ at execution due to network conditions, liquidity, and volatility.

7. Fees, Price Disclosures, and Taxes

7.1 Fees

Fees may include:

Fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction or in the Fee Schedule.
